1. Information We Collect
To provide a verified and localized experience for your constituency office, we collect:
- Verified Identity: Your name and mobile number to establish your unique 12-digit Soul-ID.
- Regional Anchoring: Your Mandal and Assembly details to ensure your grievances are routed to the correct regional desk.
- Precise Location (GPS): Collected only during the submission of a grievance to help field teams find and resolve issues accurately.
- Media Attachments: Evidence photos uploaded by you are stored in cryptographically secured vaults.
Our Privacy Pledge
We are a professional constituency management platform, not a data broker. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party advertisers. Your data belongs strictly to your local constituency logic.
2. Advanced Security Protocols
We use high-end technical measures to safeguard your regional data:
- SSL Chain Pinning: The app is cryptographically locked to our servers, making it immune to Man-in-the-Middle attacks on public networks.
- Signed URL Access: Your uploaded evidence is private. It is accessed via temporary "Signed Keys" that automatically expire after 60 minutes.
- PII Masking: Sensitive mobile numbers are masked (e.g., 9885XXXXXX) in all administrative lists to prevent unauthorized data harvesting.
3. Your Rights & Control
We believe in "Data Sovereignty" for every citizen:
- Right to be Forgotten: You can request permanent account deletion via app settings at any time. This triggers an atomic wipe of your profile and history from our servers.
- Instant Session Wipe: Logging out of the app completely clears all session and grievance data from your device's memory (RAM).
