• Authentication Data: Mobile numbers used to facilitate secure login via One-Time Password (OTP).
• Constituency Data: Your regional details (State, District, and Assembly) to correctly route communications to the relevant office.
• Interaction Data: Text descriptions and images uploaded when reporting grievances or communicating with an office.

2. How Data is Used

Data is used exclusively to facilitate the relationship between a citizen and a leadership office:

• To allow political offices to track, manage, and resolve reported grievances.
• To verify that users are genuine residents of the constituency they are interacting with.
• To enable leaders to send official updates and broadcasts via SMS, WhatsApp, or Voice.

3. Data Security

We employ enterprise-grade security measures to protect your data. All information is stored using encrypted database solutions (Supabase) and delivered via secure notification channels (Firebase). Access is strictly limited to authorized personnel within the specific political office you are connected to.

4. Your Control

You have the right to access your data or request its removal at any time. Account deletion requests can be made through the app or our official support channels, which results in the permanent wiping of your personal identifiers and history.
